  This business is corrupt, the therepists are fake and rude, my treatment was rushed and when I complained I was offered a free treatment. Why offer a free treatment if it wasn't done right in the first place? My whole experience was dreadful, to hear other customers moan and groan about it's not really a retreat for relaxation is it?
  By all means come here if you want a meadocre treatment then offered a free treatment for another rushed job.

  I am very disappointed with the level of service I received today​ from the bourne salon
  
  I have had 4/5 treatments over the last 7/14 days and was really wanting to find a salon that offered consistently good service
  
  Although the treatments started off well I did notice that on my previous appointment there seemed to be a 10 min or so shortfall in actual time spent on my treatment .
  
  Today I the actual time spent on treatment had a 15/20 min shortfall .
  
  By the time I had walked into the salon and into the treatment room ,allowing several mins to strip of and to lie on the bed and then wait for the therapist to start the treatment a client has already lose 5-7 mins .
  
  On top of that you also have the 15 min shortfall in treatment ,allowing for client "turnaround " as the beautician called it .
  
  This equates to actual time spent on the treatment paid for is about 20 22 mins less than what is expected .
  
  It was very obvious today that in no way I had an hours treatment of which I was led to believe I was getting .
  
  Its so unprofessional and it needs to be looked at .
  
  I supposedly had the same facial today as I did a couple of weeks ago yet the treatment given was so different
  
  The salon staff need to be clear as to what /how treatment they will be giving and for how long.
  
  Nobody wants to be misled as it just breeds a mistrust
  
  I have worked in the fashion /beauty industry at the highest level for many years so this way of short changing the customer is so obvious.
  
  I would appreciate that someone get back to me and explain how it has gone so wrong so quickly
